Lynn brings her extensive skill and experience to the practice of commercial and residential real estate law, municipal and development law, and wills and estate administration for a broad range of individual, corporate and municipal clients.
Her practice includes negotiating, drafting and carrying out residential and commercial agreements of purchase and sale, giving effect to consent decisions under the Planning Act (Ontario), drafting and advising generally on easement related matters, advising municipal clients generally on a number of Planning Act (Ontario) and Municipal Act (Ontario) related matters, drafting and advising on Will and Power of Attorney documents, and assisting Estate Trustees with the probate process.
Lynn frequently presents on real estate related topics at the County of Carleton Law Association’s annual East Region Solicitors Conference and is a former chair and member of the East Region Solicitors Conference Planning Committee. She is also a former instructor in the real estate section of the Bar Admission Course given by the then Law Society of Upper Canada.
Lynn is the 2024 recipient of the CCLA Abe Feinstein Solicitor Award.
