Kevan is an experienced civil litigator with an excellent grasp of procedural and substantive law. Since his call to the bar in 2016, Kevan has represented clients from all walks of life in many different forums. He has had success arguing motions in the Superior Court of Justice and he has appeared successfully before other tribunals such as the License Appeal Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. Kevan’s areas of practice are personal injury, employment law, real estate litigation, and municipal law.
Before becoming a lawyer, Kevan graduated from the University of Toronto’s Ethics, Society & Law program in 2012. He then earned a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia in 2015. Following his call to the bar in 2016, Kevan’s practice has been focused on tort litigation.
Kevan joined the Litigation Team at Vice & Hunter LLP in 2024 where he will continue to represent clients with the highest quality of care.
